What does a subscription cost?

CRAWL is offered for $24 as a one year subscription, six issues, published bi-monthly. Canadian orders are $35 per year in US funds. Foreign orders are $52 per year in US funds. Canadian and Foreign orders must be paid online or with a money order in US funds.

Can I order or renew for a longer period?

CRAWL is available one year at a time.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes. Checks are acceptable for US orders. Canadian and Foreign orders must be paid by money order sent in US funds. Send subscription orders to:

What if I move?

 

Inform CRAWL of your new address as soon as possible. You can let us know at subscribe@crawlmag.com or by phone at 360-249-8241. CRAWL will make every reasonable attempt to get your magazine to you. However, if you move and do not tell us about your new address at least 30 days prior to our printing date, we are not responsible. The US Postal Service may not forward your magazine. Printing takes place at the first of each even numbered month. Any obligation we owe to you, including delivery of your magazine, is contingent upon you providing us with your correct mailing address. If the Post Office notifies us that your magazine is undeliverable, we have no further obligation to you. We are in this together.

Can I get a refund if I cancel or decide hardcore offroad is not for me?

 

CRAWL does not offer refunds. You can ask us to cancel further deliveries. You can change your address to your hardcore friend.

 

What if I live in a foreign country?

CRAWL is now available worldwide. Foreign orders are accepted through our PayPal link above.

What if I had a subscription through the prior publisher? Will you honor it?

CRAWL2 Media, LLC, the parent company of CRAWL Magazine, will honor subscriptions paid to the former publisher when notified prior to June 30, 2010 and upon reasonable proof of payment. We will not offer any refunds for payments made to the prior publisher or their agent. We can only provide a one year subscription at our expense.

When should I expect my first issue?

CRAWL is published every other month. Mailing lists are updated about two weeks before each issue comes out. For example, if you order on September 13, your next issue will be November. We will mail the next issue to be published. You may contact the office about purchasing the current issue or visit any major bookstore newsstand.

Do you offer back issues?

Back issues are available on a limited basis for $10 each post paid to US addresses. Canadian orders are $12 in US funds. Bulk orders are available at lower cost. Not all issues will be available. Quantities are definitely limited.
